"A nice cozy hotel with excellent staff. The two front clerks whom I spoke to were fluent in English and were very friendly and professional. I made a huge mistake in my reservation, and Mr. Okamoto was very helpful and understanding in resolving my problem. He reassured me that everything is taken care of, which was confirmed by an email minutes later. I can't thank him enough! The hotel itself had numerous amenities, including a washing machine right in the room! The property is very secure with the front doors locking after 12am, which visitors then will need to be buzzed in after hours. The elevators are also card-activated, so not just anyone can go to the rooms. I highly recommend this place!"
