"The staff member who checked me in (a black young lady with a long curly weave) was extremely rude, condescending, and inpatient. When checking in she made no eye contact while stating “Credit card and ID” I then stated oh I think I paid for this already. She then stated “Yeah Credit card and ID” I had to ask her what the credit card was for. I then thought I had breakfast included with my stay and she just kept saying “you can pay for breakfast”. She was just so short with me. She handled the Caucasian woman in front of me so delicately and just treated me like I was being for something. She was disgustingly rude and I’m not sure how or why she is in hospitality. She dampened me and my family’s whole experience. I pray she has an attitude and personality adjustment and doesn’t make anyone else feel this way. "

"The staff members were helpful but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches were all over our room, the amenities in the room were old, rusted and falling apart. The property could definitely use a makeover to be better. "

"Overall the staff was welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with the toilet flushing and the maintenance helped immediately. Breakfast was okay. Parking was easy. I was able to ask front desk staff for extra toiletries and they provided. The only issue was either the next door neighbor of my room or hotel music being played until 12 midnight a little loud but that’s Florida for you . "
