“Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and quickly prepared and served. Hotel is situated within 15 minutes drive from seaside town as well as...

“Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay.”

“The room was clean and tidy and very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, kind and cheerful. Breakfast provided a good choice of cereals and a variety of hot breakfasts.”

“Great location to walk into Conwy. Nice and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have been better if breakfast could have been available a bit earlier in the morning, but the take away breakfast bags were a good alternative.”

“Basics but clean , brilliant location right near the town but no parking”

“The room was clean and good location. The shower cubicle did have mould on its tiles.”
