Room is small and ideal for solo trip. Parking is terrible. “First come first serve” not ideal when you’re arriving at midnight. The streets aren’t the safest. Other than that, room is clean, modern, and cute. Kiosk staff really helpful and easy to check in and out.

I don’t know what to expect coming into the hotel, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! Very clean and smells lovely. The staff are very friendly and the room service is very fast. Would come again 100%

My overall review for Hotel Maya is that its a lovely place with view of the harbor and Queen Mary. The amenities offered was decent. The staff members were helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

"Poolside area customer service was great! Our room was not clean. Hair in the sink. Small bugs coming out of the sink hole. The toilets not so clean and old. The rooms are pretty disappointing (where we stayed, the 8th building) it was a little outdated bathroom."
