"Very nice and comfortable hotel."

"We were warm unnecessarily for too long because the heating was turned on (I think it was on upon arrival) and by the time my daughter called staff to look into it (and they responded immediately), it was almost time to check out. Also, there was no safety deposit box which might have made the difference between still possessing our Japan Rail exchange vouchers for green car one week passes on the Shinkansen and instead, losing them and having to purchase JR tickets for our travel. The passes were in my small suitcase since departure from Canada and when it came time to redeem them they were gone. I will never know how or why they disappeared. "

"This is such an excellent hotel! We love that it’s near the Kinshicho Train Station and is connected to tne Arcacit Mall that has a large Daiso and Grocery Store as well as small restaurants including a McDonald’s. The staff spoke English fluently and were so helpful. The doorman one morning went out of his way to go out to the Main Street and flag down a taxi for us even in the rain and it took some time. So nice! Thank you! "

"Minn Kasai provided a nice quiet stay away from the business of the main areas. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed, but it wasn't too cramped. 3 of us fit comfortably in the family room, but any more and it would have felt cramped. "
