“The manager was very helpful and had valuable information on where to eat, a lovely experience!”

“GOOD: the main pool for kids and family, restaurant & bar were all good. Room was clean and well-managed. Staffs were all friendly. BAD: Free wifi was only activated in the lobby (reception area), and was not available in my room. An insect came in my room via the bottom of the door.”

“Easy check in Peaceful stay. Bed was too soft. Fridge made one heavy noise every few minutes for 2-3 hours. Couldn't make the room dark at night. TV light sensor was bright and stayed on all night/ need a card cover. ”

(단, 속도가 느리고 제한시간은 2시간. 매번 시간이 다 될떄마다 가서 아이디랑 비밀번호 받아와야 함. 폰으로 유투브 보거나 검색 하는 정도로이용 하면적당함.) 필수품은 호텔 프론트 옆 간의 편의점에서 살 수 있음. 한국 컵라면도 팜. 호텔 내부에는 다리미, TV, 냉장고, 커피포트, 컵 실외 실내 의자가 있음. ”

“It was very comfortable and good”

“it's an oldish style hotel we were happy with location and it had everything we needed for our stay. Bathrooms are tired but hey as i said we were here for a basketball tournament not a tropical vacation.”

“No wifi service in the room”

“Fan switch was broken, so it was almost impossible to change it or turn it off. Photo of property in Expedia was very misleading, in terms of location, surroundings and how everything seemed new or polished within the room. Not enough cups, plates and no screens for windows to stop bugs. Again, very misleading. Properties must be shown as they are.”

“Absolutely enjoyed staying at. It had everything I needed. Very comfy bed with lots pillows and spacious bathroom. Everything was within walking distance 5-10min. Definitely will stay again.”

“숙소에 개미와 벌레가 많습니다. 층간 소음이 심합니다. 욕실 환풍기와 커튼에 먼지가 많이 있습니다. 21시에 프론트 운영을 안합니다. 와이파이 접속이 잘안됩니다. There are many ants and bugs in the dorm. There's a lot of noise between floors. There's a lot of dust in the bathroom ventilation and curtains. The front office is closed at 21:00. Wi-Fi connection is not good.”

“Excellent stay - very clean”

“Good position to central Cairns and room was a good size. Had to move ironing board from wardrobe to be able to use the 4 hangers provided. No drawers to put clothing in for our 8 day stay. Room was not cleaned on a regular basis and we had to insist on fresh towels for each day. Reception staff were excellent.”
