“We typically do not choose to stay at a bed and breakfast but are glad we made this exception. This bed and breakfast was lovely. The owner, Lori and Walter, were kind, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious and they easily catered to individual needs. The grounds surrounding their home were beautiful - and the birds! What a pleasure. Being in someone else’s home we felt very at home. Thank you for opening your home to us.”

“The property is immaculately maintained, with an excellent staff and wonderful hosts (Jim and Leslie). Easy drive to Durango, hot springs, Purgatory ski slopes, etc make this one of my favorite B-N-Bs. The morning breakfast is just cherries on top!”

“Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!”

“I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. ”
