"The room was good and spacious. The front desk staff and maintenance staff was pleasant and helpful. Noted the hotel has only been in operation for a few weeks, so there’s room for improvement. Couple of things to note - the sewage appeared to be blocked so every time we returned to the hotel, the water was murky, the toilet seat cover was broken, housekeeping did not refill shower gel and we had to remind them every day, there were no tea options (mint, herbal etc.) for the room. Hyatt Regency Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"
"The staff, the convenience of the location in the heart of midtown and the cleanliness of the room made us really happy to stay here. Nicer than it needs to be, and surprisingly quiet and restful inside."
"My husband and I stayed Christmas week and the Room service was on point.. they came everyday to tidy and restock.. hotel is in close proximity to everything. Highly recommend "
"Our stay was great overall! The staff was friendly and very helpful! They appeared to genuinely care about us as the customers. The room was hot and a little stuffy the first night and the sink in the bathroom was a little clogged. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean. Due to the increase flu cases in NYC, the staff highly encouraged those with cold symptoms to wear masks. They did great about ensuring the common areas were sanitized. We would defintiely recommend others to stay here!"
