The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.

Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay.

This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff. It's a very European and American hotel. Don't miss the Breakfast Buffet, which is more of a breakfast and lunch experience. The food was excellent. Our room was big for Seoul standards. Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

As an airline crew, I have spent at least a half of any given calendar year in hotels for past 28+ years. When I walk into a hotel, there are a few things I look for and appreciate. 1. Is it clean? Very centrally located in Myeongdong, steps away from the major shopping area district. The hotel is only a few months old, but very clean and convenient. They have an industrial washer and dryer on every floor , which was great to use nightly. Next to that there’s a coffee machine with fresh grinds, we took advantage of that every morning. The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

Room we stayed is large and clean, staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is good but pricey we only ate there once as there are plenty of options around the hotel. Very satisfied with our stay would recommend
