"No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul."

"I originally booked another hotel in the area, which I needed to leave after one night due to poor quality, and I came to Four Points instead. I'm glad I did. The location is excellent. The property itself was clean and modern, and the room was spacious. I would definitely come stay here again if/when I am back in Seoul."
