"화장실에 들어가자마자 남이 싼 대변을 봐야했고 물도 내려가지 않았어요. 이 화장실을 고치고 청소하는데 3시간 넘게 걸렸고 그동안 화장실 사용을 못했어요. 세탁기가 있어 돌렸는데 물이 새는 바람에 물바다가 되었고 이를 치우는데 한참 걸렸네요. 침대 옆에 긴 머리카락 뭉치가 발견되었어요. 베개 포함 침구류 등은 깨끗하고 괜찮았는데 이 세개가 너무 크고 불편했네요. 매니저와 환불을 얘기했는데 다음날 통화도 안되고 담당자가 연락을 준다고 했는데도 연락이 없네요. 시설은 괜찮았으나 청결과 직원 태도가 최악이고 관리가 안되는 느낌입니다"

"한국에 와서 어깨수술후 조용히 안정을 취할 곳을 찾다가, 알게 된 곳인데, 직원분의 배려와 조용하고 심플한 디자인으로 불편없이 잘 쉬다가 회복하고 갑니다. 주변에 백화점과 전철이 가까워서 식사문제도 없었답니다. 너무 감사드리고, 다시 한국에 오면 방문하고 싶어요. "

"Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking. "

"전체적으로 좋지만 조금더 디테일이 필요해 보입니다. 침구류는 깨끗해보이지만 약품냄새가 강하고 아마도 직원의 것이라 생각되는 머리카락들이 침대시트 위에 많이 떨어져 있었습니다. 클레임에대한 대응은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 가격대비 숙소의 크기와 위치는 훌륭합니다. "
