"Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new. That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression."

"The staff were all very friendly and kind to us during our stay. They even gave us recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were very clean and neat. We would definitely come back and recommend it. They also have the cutest photobooth station where you can take pictures and a ramen bar downstairs."
