“Never cleaned the room during my entire stay; staff had a breakdown in communication with housekeeping. I will write to corporate and the hotel manager. I hope this hotel improves for future guests.”

“The restroom is in what used to be closet, no door lock, No fan in bathroom. It has 2 folding door that did not fully seal when closed. Tillet seat was loose, never fixed although we mentioned it to front desk. Very low water pressure in toilet and shower (difficult to take shower because of that). The maid service did NOT come during 3 nights stray, even the front desk assured me they come daily. Why lie? Just say, come down for towels and paper when needed. The tv did not have volume....
