“Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.”

“There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty.”

“시내 번화가에 있어서 주말엔 좀 시끄럽습니다”

“Arrived early as we were going to a matinee show in the Millennium centre. Although our room wasn't ready there was a place to store our belongings safely. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast is amazing.”

“The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station”

“Very economic, friendly, and beautiful hotel”

“에어컨 선풍기 없음. 창문도 거의 안열리는 구조라서 너무 더웠어요”

“O staff foi incrivel, mas o modelo de negocio da EasyHotel nao é para meu perfil. Como fomos com família, o hotel não comporta este modelo. Ele é para quem precisa dormir uma noite e ir embora, pois os quartos são apertados, sem sequer mesa para apoiar, nem limpeza diária (a nao ser que fique mais que 6 noites, o que para mim é impossível naquele tamanho de quarto).”

“Cozy”

“My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciate a kettle and hairdryer that are not directly wired to the mains and can be moved. Having stayed at other hotels in Cardiff this is one I would return to.”

“Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!”

“The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!”

“Great stay at St David's. Fresh lobby area. Welcoming staff. Super clean and comfy room with balcony. Excellent restaurant.”
