“I'm going to be really fair. Our stay was actually great. Don't book if you are fuzzy and it is an issue for you wear down flooring or not so pretty decoration. I can't be #profanityerased# to pay double for something a little bit pretty. It's a decent bed, clean enough, awesome location. On the management side was awful. I booked the day before and I had to get Expedia involved the night before travelling at 10pm because I didn't have the exact address, codes for access and the necessary...

“The staff were kind, the room was clean, and the bathroom was the cleanest, so I really liked it. And the best part of all is that it's close to the British Museum, so I loved it because it's a hostel in a good location!! If I visit London again, I will stay again. Thanks to you guys, I made good memories in this hostel!”

“Great bedroom and bathroom , very clean and close to restaurants in Bute Street and South Ken tube .”

“There's a bedbug over there. Don't go And if you have bedbugs, they blame you for allergic reactions and don't give you a refund The bedding is dirty and the washing machine is dirty and everything is dirty It's better to sleep on the street than over there”
