"From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff provided exceptional service and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. My room was stunning—elegantly designed, immaculate, and equipped with every comfort needed for a relaxing experience. The room service was prompt, professional, and consistently excellent. I also appreciated the variety of outstanding restaurants just steps away from the hotel, offering plenty of dining options. The location was truly unbeatable, within walking distance of Big Ben and many of London’s most iconic landmarks and attractions. Combining luxury accommodations, first-class service, and a prime location, this hotel delivered an unforgettable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined stay in London."

"What a beautiful hotel! We were able to check in very early 11:30am (after contacting them), since we had a tour at 12:30 across town, which made it quite convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Very nice room and group areas. The breakfast line is Long and takes a while to get in. But food was good and refilled as needed. Love the Make Memories wall. The only problem was, that we were put in a handicapped room (which we're not handicapped). And accidentally pushed the "help" button, which summoned the staff. Oops. The bed was hard & very close to the floor. And the shower had only a 18" wide glass wall, which allowed the shower spray to cover the whole bathroom. Hard to keep the floor dry. Nice to have fresh water bottles daily."

"We tried checking in early, but couldn't until 3, unless we wanted to pay for early check in. So they stored our bags for us, so we could tour London without our bags. The hallways' carpets were terribly dirty. But room was nice and clean. BUT we only had 1 bath towel (for a King room), so had to go down to the front desk for another (plus don't have phones to call down to front desk). In the shower, they offer 2 shampoo/body wash scents, but no conditioner. Also the hotel has a long flight of steps to go up to get into the hotel, so you need to carry your bags to the lobby (but have elevator up to the rooms). They don't clean your room, if you stay numerous days, unless you request it. They have a 2/10 pound drink Happy Hour special, but we didn't try it."

"When we arrived we learned about this place is a hostel which I didn’t know when I booked . However , this facility has two sections. One side is hostel , the other side are all rooms. The room itself is spacious, and quiet . I slept very well . The location is absolutely stunning, it’s super convenient with free ferry rides and bus transportation . The only complaint is that the AC unit needs to be fixed and it’s so loud , we ended up opening the window at night at night which was actually very comfortable. The room definitely needs a lot of update . The room is quite old . There is no room service , no coffee machine and refrigerator, I think it’s because this place is operating as a hostel standards even it’s a private room . Other than that we have a great stay no major complaints. Staffing is super helpful and kind !"

"The hotel is in a relatively quiet street and having requested a courtyard room it is probably one of the quietist stay I have ever had in London. The hotel is new modern and immaculately maintained, every staff member engaging and well informed. Rooms are on the small side with the sink in the room and the toilet shower in a self contained unit. It works fine and let’s face it when in the city you’re hardly ever in the room. The bed is very comfortable and huge but you are unable to walk round it so this might cause customers with mobility issues a problem. The bar / work/ chill / restaurant are is large and very quirky. Bar stays open till 2am if you’re that way inclined and staff are fab. 10 minutes walk to London Bridge underground station. Definitely be back"
