“The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lovely, Christmas atmosphere in the hotel .”

“Lovely big room which was spotless and as I had booked the hotel for my son’s birthday there were balloons in his room a lovely Happy Birthday msg on the mirror and two drinks vouchers what a lovely gesture from the hotel. Apparently the breakfast was excellent my son and his girlfriend were very happy 😁”

“Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. ”

“It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...
