"everything was good until the lights and the desk tops weren’t working the the hot water wouldn’t work or the a/c "

"We arrived at the 4pm check-in time and it took less than 5 minutes. The room was clean and the king size bed and pillows was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and everything was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel in you're staying in Charleston, WV. Also, it is within walking distance to the Town Center Colosseum - very convenient. "
