“In the elevator of this hotel is a big sign requesting a five star review, however no one at this establishment puts any effort into Five Star service. Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. When we entered the room we discovered that the hand soap was empty. Later when we went to shower we found that the shower soap was also empty and that we only had...

“Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again.”

“We have stayed here several times and each time it has been a little more run down. It meets basic needs. We are elderly a choose this hotel for the elevator. There are steps to enter the lobby, steps to get to the elevator and about a dozen more steps to get to the room. We declined having the room cleaned the first day but never saw housekeeping again during our 3 nights stay.
The front door needs painting a cheap fix, the lobby entrance needs painting. in the bar the exterior wall needs...
