“We had an amazing stay, the Old Vine is a beautiful historic building in central Winchester. The room was comfortable and immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great, thebathroom was large and very clean. We had breakfast in our room which was delicious and hot and plentiful. All the staff were great and very attentive.”

“If The Ivy did hotels this is what they would be like. Beautiful decor, quirky layout and lovely hidden garden. Room felt luxurious and the bed was super comfy. We ate in the garden which was very relaxed, such a pretty setting. The breakfast was superb, eggy brioche with bacon was delicious and the continental selection was very high end. Latte and Americano coffees included which we've noticed that some hotels have started charging for - not good when you are paying a premium for your stay....

“Property is set back away from the road with trees and garden, very quiet , and relaxing . Jean is a lovely lady making us very welcome, plenty of knowledge of the local area. “If you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy.”
“Had a great couple of days at this hotel. Staff friendly hotel, lovely with great rooms super doggy, friendly and great food. Only pity in the area is the beach adjacent to the hotel is not doggy friendly during the summer. Other than that fantastic couple of days They also run a fshuttle to the Hut restaurant, which is well worth a visit. ”
