"The staff were amazing, across the board. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to want to make our stay perfect. The entertainment team was great, especially Adrian, Natalie, Razi, and Alejandro. They made our kids feel very special and welcome. The food was fantastic, though beware, there is a buffet at breakfast but all other meals there is no buffet option. This took some planning with kids and a buffet would have been more convenient, but we got in a routine and figured it out. If it was busy this would have been a challenge with young kids. The facility, pools, and especially the gardens around the campus were beautiful."
