“I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside Hotel. There was plenty of space available in their free carpark. As there is no Reception on site I received the check-in code exactly as explained on my phone. The process at the hotel to collect my key worked without a problem. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, had a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the en-suite. I had a comfortable night's sleep. ”

Cooked breakfast was served very quickly and was fantastic.
As a surveyor, is say that extract fan not working in the ensuite to Room 4 will mean that the room will get a musty smell if not sorted.

“Very historic building. As is most if tewkesbury. Nice room at back of hotel. Hot at the time, so room was stuffy which couldn't really be helped; fans were provided. Generally very quiet but some noise from kitchen. ”

The room was large and spaces and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, could tell it was all locally sourced. The pool facilities were a bit disappointing, not enough seating around the pool and only one pool to share with the public. Steam and sauna very small. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going.
The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding.
The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest.
We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.”
