"This is an old, run-down hotel that looks NOTHING like the pics. It is not in a good area (we had to be there for work) so we did not expect the Ritz, but it was Really BAD. Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we PAID, checked in, and left our bags. When we returned a few hours later, the man at reception could not even find our reservation! We gave our names, passports, and even the room number we were told we'd get, but it still took him 15 minutes to find the room we ALREADY PAID FOR. Then he rolled out someone else's luggage, because he couldn't find ours! Each bag is numbered and tagged, so this carelessness is inexcusable. Also, there is not enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower after a 15 hour flight, nor do they have ice (!) bc they lost the recipe. TRULY AWFUL - you will do better to stay in a hostel."
