"We had an amazing stay here, the receptionist are so informative and helpful especially to Matilda. The breakfast are great, plenty to choose. The room is clean and beds are comfortable, they clean and replace our towels every stay. We even had free bottled waters and are replaced everyday. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. "We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Concierge were the best and helped us plan months before and were so friendly and helpful for organizing and giving ideas. We had the spa in the room which was wonderful. Very clean and we found it easy to get around using google maps ! Had a private Gondola from the hotel and water taxi from airport to Hotel and these all made for an absolute fantastic break. Would definitely come back to this Hotel if ever in Venice and highly recommend"
