"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"Highly recommend this hotel, yes it is a little older and doesn’t have all the flashy things a modern hotel does, but it is comforting and hosts great service. The location was amazing! Incredibly close to Paddington station, and local transport. If you don’t mind walking, all the main attractions are 20-40 minutes away! The included English breakfast was fantastic, it felt very homely and personal."
