โWas clean, shower was by far best i have used in any hotel, kitchen was well equipped bed was ok but could of been better .nicely layed out good location easy parking outside .โ
โGreat staff , location is great . Food is top notch . Also best part is Billy the concierge . Very helpful . Not only a great ambassador to the hotel but to the city . Helped us out a lot .I highly recommend this hotel ๐๐๐๐โ

โThe Citadines was in the perfect location for our stay, shopping, dinning, touring, and even parking wasn't bad, after I figured out that the St John mall parking was close by, little costly, $L27 for 3 days.๐โ
โGreat sized rooms. We opted for a balcony room which was nice to have! Such a huge and comfy bed! Usual shower facilities (not too much space to move in it but it did the job) but also had a really good sized bath! Everything everywhere from entrance to bars to corridors to rooms was immaculately clean.the staff were all incredibly up beat, polite and friendly.
