“Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. “The yurt itself was amazing, beautiful and very clean with the added charm of your own private hot tub and fire pit, the downside for us was the private toilet/ shower was situated away from the yurt and at night no lighting & very dark the torch provided sadly didnt work. The communal kitchen are was beautiful however the induction hob didn’t work, a Pyrex oven dish that was filthy with caked on food, a couple of dirty pan and pan cupboard that needed cleaning, otherwise to a high spec finish....

“Really nice cottage. Decor was a bit dated but it was well equipped and a great location by the river, 10 mins walk to the front, and in really lovely location in a peaceful garden. Difficulties booking via Hotels.com and trying to speak to anyone. Be aware, no parking. It wasn't clear on the ad. We found a long stay car park about 5 minutes walk away. Would stay again”
