โStaff were fantastic, meals were really well presented, good value and fresh.
Rooms were quiet, really comfortable and cosy. They smell so fresh, unlike the usual pub bedrooms I have stayed in.โ
โLovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice decor & beautiful views. The location was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the dining terrace overlooking the Welsh Hills. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was big as was the bathroom with a bath. It had a big, comfortable bed. The only negative was the TV. It was very small for the room and had a very basic freeview, with most channels having no signal. A bigger TV with Netflix, so we could watch a film or something would make...
โBreathtaking hotel from the reception the moment you arrive it just took our breath away. But then we saw our room and it was even better, the size, the view, the bathroom everything was just beautiful.
My only tip would be book your table in the restaurant as we couldnโt get a table on our first night. โ
โGreat three days in the hotel. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the docks. It was lovely to have a fridge with complimentary non- alcoholic drinks included. We will definitely come back. โ

โSuperb standard of rooms with fantastic sumptuous decor. A gem in the city right on a road with all of the coolest restaurants too..staff top notch, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and we will be back. โ
