“I only gave this a 4 star. I have been there before when it was a 5. It is under new management and found it very strange that a resort (who charges a resort fee) was totally out of washcloths. They were kind and offered extra hand towels, but come on, Amazon is a day away for those folks who asked for one (like me)) would have been happy to just have one. So, a 4, but a fabulous place to say the least!!”

“There were a lot of ants. There must be a queen of colony.”

“very friendly and helpful staff”

“new building, comfortable bed and kind employees. one of the best hotel for the price. ”

“Great Staff”

“It was our 2nd time staying here, I just love it. It's really spacious, affordable and you can't go wrong with the buffet breakfast.”

“The hotel itself was nice and in a good place. Some of the staff was nice and others not so much. We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes early before check in and we were told we could not check in. We were in a big rush because our athletes had to be somewhere at a certain time. Then as we were ready to leave with about ten minutes left they gave us some rooms. Anyway just not great customer service. Although the young lady did her best. Then we asked for a late check out we’re told we needed...

“The outside of the property looks a little old and dated but the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Liked the staff, fridge, coffee maker, location, walking distance to good restaurants and downtown. I've used this hotel every year for a reason. Fair pricing. Only things negative/ no microwave, traffic on University, will encounter homeless. But I have always felt safe.”
