The hotel could hardly be better situated for the snooker as it is a 5 minute walk from the Crucible Theatre, right next door to the Winter Gardens. "We were visiting friends. We had a skip outside our window. The room was very warm and even with the aircon and the fan going my husband struggled with the heat. I understand this is difficult but it wasn.t as warm as it had been. Also the pillows were like bricks. Little details that need attention."
