“This historic property where Guy Fawkes was born 500 years ago has amazing atmosphere. Not a single wall, floor, ceiling, door or other architectural feature is straight, which adds to its interesting provenance. The room was really well decorated with 4 poster bed and modern bathroom. Area to sit, TV etc. Location is literally across the street from York Minster, and 5 minute walk (or less) to the Shambles. Parking was convenient 5 minute walk, but you can drop off baggage just 20 meters...
