“It is close to the airport and was a great place to stay.”

“First for Americans to understand, this is a walk up, there are 28 steps between each floor, and the entry floor is floor #0. We had chosen an apartment which by American standards was a 10 floor walk up. It was tough so if you can’t do floors with your luggage, this is not your place. Next to understand is that you have to pre register 48 hours before arrival in order to receive your check in instructions. We had never heard of this before and arrived without knowing how to get in. I finally...

“Front desk was awful. They are doing customer service and should be approachable, at a minimum. There was one older gentleman the day I left that was super helpful and friendly but the others the two days I was there ruined it for everyone. They were nothing friendly and almost felt as if they were bothered when asked questions, not just by me but other guests arriving. They also forgot I was waiting for my room in the lobby. Loved Krakow and plan on coming back with family, will NOT stay...

“Amazing room for the price, great location and easy to find”

“All good”

“Very helpful staff with good breakfast. Near the main train station and good services ”

“Everything we expected and more👏”

“Vicino al centro, a chi interessa ottima palestra. No ascensore per raggiungere le camere. Non rifatto il letto...”
