"Decent place to stay. Big room. There were quite a few small hairson the bed (maybe fell off the person cleaning the room). Facilities were good - kitchen, ping pong table etc"

"Lovely hostel in a great location -- especially enjoyed the curtained beds which made sleeping easy and great breakfast! Generally good cleanliness, although did see a cockroach in the hallway one evening. Also, the rooms did get really hot in the evening and it was hard to bring the temperature down, but if you don't mind a toasty room it wasn't too bad. "

"The location is excellent. It's close by to the light rail station and bus stop. It's also close to the beach! Plenty of dining option nearby. The facilities are also great. I especially like the lounge area. Most importantly, I feel safe staying there as a solo female traveller. Feedback: The pillow case and the blanket in my single room has stains on them. "

"Hotel is very accessible to Kings Cross station just 3mins walk. The room I got is good and clean especially the bed. I had a good sleep. There’s cafes and bars outside which is good. The only thing if you have a huge luggage is that it does not have lift so please prepare your muscles. :D Good thing I saw a review about that and I was kinda prepared. Overall experience was good."

"The place was clean and bright and light, which was lovely. Website says towels are provided but you are then asked to pay $15 to hire a towel (and this is not a straightforward process). The rule about not talking in the bedrooms seems too strict (what if you and your roommate/s want to talk??). Also, there is no lounge space to hang out (perhaps a table and chairs in the landing area?)."

"Left after 1 night of a 3 night stay in a dorm. Mold in the bathroom. Beds shook wildly with any slight movement at all. The pillows had large stains and the blanket didn’t smell cleaned. I’ve stayed at hostels in dorms all over the world, and this one had the most inconsiderate guests ever. French people talking on their phones loudly all through the night. The reviews on this place made me book, but they are terribly inaccurate. "
