"Our stay was a nightmare! They claim to have parking on their website so we decided to stay there. When we drove up to the entrance in the pouring rain, there was nowhere to park and the garage entrance was blocked. We had to drive around again and they said we had to check in first but again, nowhere to park! I got out to check in and although it took a long time, my sister was able to hand off the keys to the valet and come in eventually. The next morning when my sister went to get the car before 10 am, they said it wasn’t there!! They said they moved it to another location across town and that my sister had to go get it herself unless we wanted to wait until 1:00 when they would get it. When she asked how far away it was, the attendant said, “google it.” They moved the car to the other side of a marathon that was happening! All the roads to get there were either blocked or bumper to bumper traffic! My sister literally had to make her way through the runners to get to the car! After 2 and a half hours, waiting for her to come pick the rest of us and our luggage up, we decided to walk the mile with my elderly mother and all the luggage to get to the car. All this and the hotel had the gall to tell me that the garage parking has nothing to do with the hotel, even though the payment for it would come out of my security deposit with the hotel. In the end, they said they would refund the parking but I have yet to see it on my credit card statement. How can this even be legal? "

"Hotel key kept malfunctioning, so I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get it fixed on two different. WiFi was dicey the entire time. I Was put in the wrong room even though I paid for a higher priced room."

The free breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold choices. I adored the poppy seed scones. My room was smaller than I anticipated and a microwave in the room would have been helpful."
