"This property gives you the bare necessities, and not much more. The view is excellent, and you have to climb a lot of stairs if you’re staying in the higher up cottages. We really didn’t need much more for our stay in phi phi, and found it affordable when comparable to other accommodations. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you don’t hear much at night, but bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. "At the very far end of PHI PHI island. The huts are in the front of the property looked empty (that’s what we thought we booked). We were in the second floor and had an ant problem. Got bitten in bed. Shower was very strange lots of construction near but got a bit loud in the am."

"When I was beginning my trip to Thailand, this is the kind of hotel I was yearned for. Something out of the ordinary that really made me felt like I lived in another country. Green Hill Resort nailed it. For me it was an easy 10 minute walk from the pier. Once you get to the hotel, you better love stairs, because reception and the rooms are up them. "Upon arrival the hotel is nothing like how it appears in the photos, it's run down and dirty. There are used towels and laundry strewn about the hotel lobby area and stairs (no lift). The hotel staff leave for the night around 7pm and return only in the morning so there is no one to bring concerns to or go to for help. The room was filthy and stank of sewage coming up from the drain. There were bugs, old hair, stains on the rug and bedding, mildew, and the comforter even had mold growing on it....

"The hotel looks amazing, great view and the staff was very welcoming and they helped us to take the luggage to the room. The only thing that we didn’t like was that they haven’t clean the room daily, so we had to use the some towel every day and the fridge was a bit dirty. And it was only one plug in the room to use it to charge the phone. Overall was a nice experience we will definitely come back again . Its worthy money ! "

"Spacious bedroom. Service managed by a very friendly lady who spoke a little English. Great location, a short walk from the river and Krabi town centre. 2 excellent restaurants on the same road (Niko Niko and First). Bottled water provided. Some of the bathroom fittings were old and worn, but the shower was really good. The bin in my room wasn't emptied during my 6 night stay. They kindly let me check-out slightly later on my day of departure."
