"Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive,
Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too.
We had a great stay."

"Pros:
Room 2: Room & bed comfortable, clean & warm. Good lounge and 2 table for eating meals. Parking good and the accommodation easy to find. Convenient for an easy walk into Oban town centre.
Cons:
Kitchen needs more attention … out of date food left in fridge, found mouldy bread in cupboard which is unacceptable. Cupboards and fridge could do with a deep clean. No tea towels available, if not provided guests need to be warned so they can bring their own.
