"Amazing job from the front end of the property with amazing service (I noticed a bad smell from my room and was switched to a different room immediately) and a really easy/modern approach to check in (done entirely from my phone). I like that it’s an unpretentious hotel but with pretentious perks. Can be loud in the evenings.. will definitely try to be part of the party next time. Thank you for an awesome stay annex "

"Well serviced condo with well equipped kitchen and all other things that you need for a longer stay. Parking is a bit pricey but seems normal in the area."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and easy. The room was stuffy and smelled stale. The air conditioner would cycle off and not come back on. We had to turn it off and back on for it to work. "

"Very good location in downtown Toronto. Bathroom was large and shower had a nice rainfall water head. Rooms were spacious. The ceiling had a lot of visible dust in the room, it could use a cleaning."

"Highly recommend! We enjoyed the two bed and two bath with small but comfortable kitchen. Location is amazing, right in downtown and easy to walk around and get to every place. Apartment is super clean and maintained really well. We would love to come back again. Property owner was super responsive and helpful with all the check in process. "

"An older hotel still in the process of renovation on some floors. Excellent location in a neighbourhood we enjoy. Close to public transit, parks, shopping. Clean, good views, balcony door was locked, but that was okay."
