"Very good. Bar closed at 11.00pm, no night porter service, disappointed as did not return from the theatre until 10.50 and looking forward to a drink Building works started at 07.50am Otherwise a very enjoyable stay"

"Wasn’t expecting much but for one night it was perfect and all we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Even let us order a Deliveroo to reception in the early hours of the morning! The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in...

"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Well located to our London plans. Downstairs nice and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. We extended our ck out to 1pm as we had theatre tix at 2:30-and they were accommodating us! Room not vacuumed well as I stepped on some other people’s crap on the floor. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people (we specifically requested twin beds as we are 2 friends). Bath door inside had significant water damage. I understood why when I used the shower. Only glass on front part of shower so when I turned...

"Average hotel across from Dt Pancras and Kings Cross stations which is why we chose it as we were heading away the following day on the Eurostar. Very convenient location. Bit rundown. Had elevator but you need to walk downstairs to catch it and as we were staying on the 2nd floor, had to exit the elevator and walk another flight of stairs. Weird. "

"Small room but it had everything I needed. Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, window. Small compact shower, toilet and whb but en-suite. Walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. Very convenient for Kings Cross station. Reasonable price for great location."
