"My daughter was very appreciative of Rafay who was considerate enough to allow her to check in earlier. The room was very clean and very spacious. They had the double twin bed which were quite comfy. A valuable asset after a whole day’s sightseeing. Another lure was a two-minute walk to Russell Square Station- very convenient indeed! This station is served by the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow airport. It offered an adequate buffet breakfast. But truly, the staff was most welcoming and helpful,"

However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer.
