"We enjoyed our stay at Kauai Shores Hotel located on the beach near Kapa'a with modern renovated rooms, inviting pool and jacuzzi, and feet-in-the-sand highly-rated ocean-view Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant on the property for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is conveniently located next to the Coconut Marketplace for restaurants, market, and shopping. "

"The property was clean and the people were very friendly. The furnishings were extremely outdated and the stuffing was sticking out of the chairs in our room. Everything was 1960's ish. My wife cried when we got in the room. The price was good and the unlimited Hawaiian coffee was a very good perk."

"We stayed at the Hanalei Colony Resort and loved every minute of it. We loved how perfect my placed on the North Shore it is, surrounded by picturesque views pretty much anywhere you look. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Lei who checked us in. She’s amazing. Really loved our trip and plan on going back."

"We were family of 6, all adults. Very nice view of the ocean. Really enjoyed watching the sea turtles. Easy walk to the beach. And easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Condo 103 C was spacious enough for all of us. Kitchen small but functional. Enough dishes, appliances worked well. It would be nice if we had a little bit of cleaning supplies specifically for the glass dinning table as gets finger prints on it very easily. "
