"The property is much bigger than it looks on the website. For the Happy Camper rooms these are “motel” style and when we stayed we had young adults in multiple rooms on the same floor so it was very noisy with lots of rubbish left around."

"A decent room to stay at with a bed and functional bathroom. Cleaning service did not come to our room at all and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Gone for 5 hours at the San Diego Zoo and nothing was done while we were away from the hotel."

"At check in there was an issue with finding my reservation and after waiting 20 minutes the supervisor assisted me and upgraded me to a Presidential Suite, which was amazing. Appreciated that as I had my family of 6. Overall, the staff was friendly, the bar/restaurant was a vibe, the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean. I would definitely come again and refer this hotel to my family and friends."
