"I’m so glad I found this place! I tend to stay at the same hotel each time in in Orlando, but this was a hidden gem! Rooms super comfy, ac was perfect - clean everywhere. So many things to do right on site! The pool bar excellent, and Laguna’s was also great! I’ll be back! "

"Some of the staff at the front desk were pretty rude for no apparent reason. Said there was a glitch in the system with my credit card on file. When I asked a few questions the girl became uppity and defensive towards me for just asking a few simple questions. Pamela and Niecey were very nice and accommodating. "Good stay. Able to get early entry except for animal kingdom since that opens a hour earlier than the others. The buses were on time but not frequent. If you miss one you have a long time to wait. "

"I always love staying at the west gate the only issue I had this time was after we checked in my mom had a long drive down from Georgia we really just wanted to relax the time share lady wouldn't take no for a answer almost like she was forcing us to do a timeshare we was tired and just wanted to go to our rooms!!! But other than that me and my family loved our stay!"
