"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"Beautiful room with a pleasant view. They do a great job of making a smaller space work. For example - the mini bar was above the ground which was kind of fun! While the yukata was delightful, I think we would’ve benefitted from actually pajamas like all of the other hotels we stayed at. The automated black out shades were a treat. "The Strings Shinigawa has easy/covered walking access on one level to the train station and is close to many restaurants. The hotel and the rooms are excellent; the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had. Just a great Tokyo hotel to stay in."

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "
