"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

"I stayed in a classic king room on a high floor and my teenage kids stayed in junior suite. The rooms were elegant and very clean. Plush bedding. Fantastic location - the Coex Mall is underneath the hotel and you can walk to Bongeunsa and Jamsil to attend a baseball game. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Even though it is a ways from the downtown area, the adjacent Express Bus Terminal provided huge benefits to access 3 subway lines which would take anywhere you chose. The hotel itself was outstanding and a real bargain for the room rates offered. The morning breakfast buffet was a welcome start to each day and the staff go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended "

"This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are great. Excellent facilities - the pool and gym had amazing views. Room was extremely comfortable. The ground floor entrance hall is very basic, small, and you are greeted by the hotel staff (bell service, help with elevators, taxis, etc). You then take the elevator up to the top floor to check in at the small true lobby, which is attached to a very nice cafe room and lounge where you can sit and have tea or food. Then you have to take another elevator back...
