“Room beautifully clean. Bed comfortable. Only fault was bath towel was threadbare in one place. Still lovely and soft but with a small hole. Very easy to miss, so no real complaints. Good breakfast. Happily stay again”

“전체적으로 시설은 만족스러웠으나, 인터넷이 너무 느려서 사용하기가 힘드네요. 그점 빼고는 전체적으로 마음에 들었습니다.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with it being a Britannia Hotel. Beds aren’t comfortable though, not one bit, only thing I could criticise”

“전형적인 비즈니스 호텔로 규모가 있으며 굉장히 깔끔합니다. 주차도 무료고 조식도 가성비 좋게 나옵니다. ”

“Wonderful hotel , wonderful staff”

“The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. “새로운 건물이라 그런지 매우 깔끔함 객실이 매우많음 청결함”

“Stayed there to celebrate a Beatles fan's birthday. Perfect hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Helpful and polite staff. Plenty to eat for breakfast.”

“The room was clean and spacious, with a spacious bathroom. There was a patio door that led up to a decking area and a roof terrace. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of cold and hot breakfast items.”

“We were kept awake all night by the people upstairs. Not cause they were noisy but cause all rooms have wooden floors and you can hear every step. The finish in the rooms was poor, bits of paint on the wood, chipped walls, and the windows were really old, couldn’t be opened and you could hear everything from outside. We booked it for the spa for my husbands 50th, and were informed on arrival that we had to pay to use the pool. £45 each and that was discounted for that we got a swim in the pool,...
