“Parking”

“The staff was great and very helpful. Good lacation as well.”

“The batteries on the doors kept going out so I either had trouble getting in my room or using the side door to the outside to get in. I had to have them reconnect my keys 3 times too.”

“Came for a weekend getaway, it’s hard to book with 3 littles in one room we were so excited until…first issue check in. I was charged $200+ for the room when I booked for 160 because their card reader wasn’t working and they refused to change it, we were wore out it was one night, whatever, we got to the room and the couch/pullout bed was COVERED in unknown fluids. Literally all over the stools everything. We couldn’t use 1/2 the room because it was literally just stained”

“Everything was great just watch for parking! They run out of spaces so just be aware! There are parking garages nearby so it isn’t much of a hassle!”

“Always enjoy our stay at this hotel...clean, comfortable, always friendly staff...love the complimentary cookies and beverage bar!”

“The Amway is an amazing hotel. My wife and I always stay when we attend an event in Grand Rapids. The hotel and staff never disappoint. The front desk staff always has an answer for me when I need something. Thanks again!”

“Quiet room with good breakfast. Disappointed pool was closed”

“The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel was very clean. Modern amenities. Only complaint is that our friend got a cut and was bleeding and the hotel staff said there were no bandaids or med kits on site. So we had to leave the hotel to purchase bandages”

“Great staff. Great location. Clean”

“$72 for parking????”

“Most everything was good but don’t plan on eating the breakfast. The food was horrible. Dry, cold and unpleasant. The hot tub was nice but very small, friends said the pool was nice.”

“The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist at the front desk was great. She came to our room to help us with our tv, she suggested a good restaurant for dinner, and she was pleasant to talk with. Our only gripe was that the breakfast was rather disappointing. The meat was poor quality, and no bacon or scrambled eggs. But we will definitely be staying there again.”
