“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The building is beautiful and attractive. I last stayed there in 1976 and it has changed a lot. The rooms are now all en-suite, which wasn't the case 49 years ago. The room in which I stayed was fantastically quiet and the bathroom was beautiful! “Loved staying here, such a nice vibe and such friendly staff. I felt like I was staying with family. Room was immaculate and I really liked the décor, felt so cosy. Had dinner in the pub downstairs and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Megan for being so lovely and helping me carry my heavy things in.”

“Convenient location in the middle of town but no parking facility..Public car parking 100 metres away. Bedroom noisy up to 23.00 due to karaoke in bar downstairs. Very friendly and attentive staff and food choice and quality was excellent - best barbecued ribs I have had in a long time. Well kept Real Ale.”
