"I have been staying at hotel Reseda a least 2-3 times a year for the past 5 years or so. On my last visit, I was asked to pay a deposit of 90 euros at checkout, thing that I had never had to do before. When I challenged it, I was told this had been implemented a long time ago when I know for sure this is not the case. I'm disappointed and will probably choose a different hotel on my next visit."

"It totally worth it, nice and friendly staff, they allowed us an early check-in without any charge, which was very convenient to have some rest after a long trip. The showers are pretty organized and convenient as well as the toilets which were always clean, despite those are not located in the bedroom they are quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and neat so we could sleep very well, highly recommend it :) "
