"The buffet was great, the hotel and area was super clean, the location was within walking distance to Banff avenue. The staff were very friendly and the area was just beautiful. The only issue is paying for parking everywhere is getting exorbitant. "

"When we first arrived we checked in. The staff was ok and directed us to our apartment. The apartment was clean but with a little smell that seems to be cigarette. We headed to the pools and found out that the internal hot tub was not working, so we used the external one. There was no big issues other than that. The landscape is amazing and the overall facilities are good. We expect return again."

"We spent one night in a standard room with 2 queen beds. The room is at lower than ground as can be seen by the high window in the picture. This is an older hotel showing its age. It was surprisingly clean for the most part. The place was pretty well booked and parking was a tight affair not too close from the elevator. You access the elevator directly from the outside of the top level "M" and it leads to 2 other floors: "L" is the middle floor and "S" is the lowest level where our room was. Nobody could explain the meaning of each letter. We only met the person at the desk when we arrived and she was efficient but not very friendly. The place was adequate for the price we paid and the location at this non-peak period."
