"Most amazing place"

"Arguably one of the best hotels to stay at in Banff for the average traveller. The reception is warm and inviting, checking in is easy and the parking is well thought out. The hotel has a specacular rooftop hottub with lots of room and the view is spectacular. Heated floors, a wonderful sauna and a well appointed fitness room round out the amenities that I have experienced. The rooms are great and the pour-over coffee provided in the room adds to the warmth the rest of the hotel brings. I stay here as often as I can"

"I had a really lovely stay at the Ptarmigan Inn in Banff. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and cosy after long days out exploring, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how easy everything felt, from check-in to getting around Banff without a car. A great choice if you want a comfortable, well-located hotel with a welcoming feel.
