We did sit through a high-pressure sales pitch early on (not on her) yet her follow-ups and ownership turned that around. Total pro and management material. Weโd come back and likely upgrade.โ
โMy family and I absolutely loved this resort!! The rooms were clean and spacious. They stayed pretty cool and felt nice coming in from outside. Theres plenty of dining options. My favorite was the italian and asian restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The only thing is theres a bit of a language barrier with some staff (most were bilingual). The beach was beautiful and hardly any seaweed where we were at. Beware of the men selling things on the beach-we ran into one who was trying to convince us...
โThe complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortableโ
โAccommodated us on a short notice when our flight was cancelled, even though it took awhile for us to access the apartment, they had to make sure that the apartment was clean and welcoming โ
โWe were glad that we went during slow season so that we could thoroughly enjoy the tranquility of the property. There were enough guests to provide company without it every being busy or over crowded as since all-inclusives are known to be.
Diverse restaurants, the staff were very hospitable and you could see they're like a happy family. We had a couple of minor maintenance challenges but they were handled well. We did much of nothing and just lazed around but it was enjoyable. We never left...
