โLa comida de restaurante el Hoyo no fue la mejor el restaurante con mucho calor insoportable y la comida no agradable al paladar. El salad bar no estaba fresco. โ
โThis hotel was a perfect choice for our vacation. The studio was cozy, clean, and came with a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare light meals. The garden pool was peaceful and surrounded by tropical plants, it felt like a little oasis. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which was stunning. We also enjoyed the local restaurants just a short walk away. โ
โThis resort is amazing! It had the perfect balance of wellness and fun! There is always activities to do and things to see. The food was delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tomas was one of my drivers and he made me feel like a VIP! Frankeila helped me plan my days and checked in frequently to make sure everything was good! She truly made me feel cared for. I didnโt have any worries here! โ
โOverall this place was very nice, clean and close to some of the beaches. The pool was very nice and everyone at the complex was super nice I do recommend itโ
โThe complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortableโ
โAccommodated us on a short notice when our flight was cancelled, even though it took awhile for us to access the apartment, they had to make sure that the apartment was clean and welcoming โ
โYou can book anything from boat trips to ziplining nearby. The options were endless. We even found a cultural tour. The convenience was a big plus.โ
