"beach & pool its self is very nice and great views. The spa was also a good experience. Some staff were friendly, we ran into more attitude than welcoming staff. At the premium level we waited extended periods of time for everything, I left multiple times to not waste my day in the lobby. Our room was very warm, and we asked to have the fan speed or room looked at multiple times and nothing happened. We have a good time in the casino, Carey’s bar was the exact opposite. The bar tenders were rude & had zero patience if you struggle with Spanish. The food was moderate, plan on 2 hours per dinner reservation. If you are hungry or want a quicker meal stick with the buffet, which wasn’t much different than the restaurant food. At the end when I went to settle the bill I wasn’t told I’d be charged for a beach dinner, I was told premium can do this. They charged me $120 US. Overall it was a disappointing experience for the price tag and lack of a distinguished difference between the premium price we paid. If you only speak English you’ll struggle at this resort so I’d suggest a little prep prior "

"I saw reviews and videos about the property not being up to par and how the staff were rude and stealing. I didn't experience any of that. The property is as pictured, staff were friendly, food was a hit or miss as any buffet would be. I'd say, when booking call the resort to get reservations at some of the restaurants as they seemed to always be booked or at capacity. The themed were only on the family side while I was there and you wouldn't know about them unless you go on that side or look on the app. The Michael Jackson show that they have nightly was fun. And most of all the property was CLEAN!!! In rooms and out of them. The staff was always picking up trash, spot mopping, dusting etc."

"Very disappointing experience at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. For the amount of money paid, I expected luxury hospitality and professional management, but unfortunately my entire stay was stressful and unpleasant. From the first night, management handled situations very poorly and staff were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming throughout most of the trip. Security treated us in an extremely disrespectful way, and management did nothing meaningful to resolve the situation or make up for the experience. Housekeeping also failed to clean our room on the first night even after we specifically requested it, which added to the frustration and is one of the reasons I rated cleanliness poorly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt cold and uncomfortable rather than relaxing or luxurious. Aside from one helpful employee named Freddy, customer service across the resort was honestly terrible. Even when issues were brought to management’s attention multiple times, there was no real effort to improve our stay or compensate us for the problems we experienced. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but it ended up being one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had."
